Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson, Minority Leader of the 8th Parliament, has alleged that the outgoing Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Ghana, Mr. Godfred Yeboah Dame, used underhand tactics to carry out a \u201cmalicious prosecution\u201d against him in the Ambulance trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, the \u201cmalicious prosecution\u201d carried out by Mr. Yeboah Dame was aimed at satisfying the Akufo-Addo-led administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Minority Leader made this revelation during the dissolution of the 8th Parliament, under the 4th Republic on Monday, January 6, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, the Attorney-General had coerced an individual, who was standing trial alongside him, to falsify their testimony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He further accused the Attorney-General of engaging in various unethical practices, including witness tampering, conspiracy against the accused, fabricating evidence to pervert the course of justice, and professional misconduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
