The election took place amidst a significant atmosphere in the Chamber, with the presence of the Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo, who oversaw the swearing-in ceremony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chief Justice administered both the Oath of Allegiance and the Speaker\u2019s Oath to the newly elected Speaker, marking the official commencement of his tenure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
