For some time now, prices of goods and services have been increasing, albeit, at an alarming rate whether at the markets or in supermarkets and shops. Some Ghanaians have obviously not been happy with the trend, and have been venting their frustration.
GBC News’ Jacob Aggrey visited some joints, grocery shops, food chains and neighborhood stores and reports that some vendors have taken advantage of the situation to triple or quadruple prices of their products.
Meanwhile, the public has tasked the government to ensure stability of the dollar rate and to ensure prices of items go down.
Some traders have also been dissatisfied over the continuous increase in prices of goods and services on the market and want the issues addressed urgently.
