Kennedy Agyapong, an aspirant for the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) flag bearer position, has issued a stern warning of a potential confrontation with President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Bawumia.
He alleges that his party agent was unjustly expelled from a polling station, prompting his strong reaction.
In a widely circulated video on various online platforms, the Assin Central MP can be seen expressing his intent to challenge both President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Bawumia.
“There will be a showdown in the country. President Akufo-Addo I will give you a showdown, I swear to God. Vice President I will give a showdown as well. Why will you chase my agent away into a room? You will hear what will happen here. I will challenge President Akufo-Addo anytime,” Kennedy Agyapong stated.
The NPP Super Delegates Congress is currently underway across all 16 regions.
